Signs of Falling in Love

When you reach that stage in your relationship where you feel things may be getting serious, you may be wondering whether you are falling in love. For years this is something that relationship experts have mulled over, but now we have reached the point where we understand some of the key tell-tale signs. These signs include emotions and actions, which can be obvious and subtle.

Emotional Signs

When you simply feel attracted to someone, you may also feel as though you could develop a relationship with other people. If you feel as though you could never form a relationship with anybody else, you are almost certainly in love. Alongside this, you may also think of this person when you wake up, when you fall asleep, and when you receive good news that you would like to share with someone. When you are in love, you may also see everything through rose tinted spectacles. During that initial falling in love stage, you will not see any wrong in the person's actions. Even those small things that many people would find irritating will become endearing. This is something that will wear off over time, but it is a sure sign that you are falling in love.

Your Actions

When you are first in a relationship with someone, they may not be the first person you contact when something good or bad happens. If something affects you in a positive or negative way, and you pick up your phone to text them or send a message to them on Facebook, you may be falling in love. This is particularly the case if they are the first person you choose to contact, as it is a sign that they are on your mind most of the time. You may also find yourself making an effort to see them on a daily basis. When you are not in love, you will not have the desire to be around them most of the time; if you are falling in love, you will naturally want to be closer to them.

Their Emotions and Actions

If you feel you may be falling in love with someone, you will naturally want to find ways to examine their emotions and actions to see if they are falling in love with you too. One of the key physical signs is their pupils enlarging when they look at you; however, it is important to remember that this not happening does not mean they are not falling for you. You may also experience them mimicking some of the actions you have begun to display. This includes contacting you when something good happens, making an effort to see you on a daily basis, and finding joy in the smaller things you do.

If you think you have reached the stage in your relationship where you may be falling in love with each other, let your partner's actions guide you. Don't put too much pressure on yourself to push things further, and you will enjoy the emotions that come with falling for each other.
